Addicted to Porn

I am recovering from an addiction to porn. As a woman, this is a very embarrassing addiction to have. People expect it of men, but not of women. My addiction was starting to effect my life in every way. I couldn’t concentrate at work and my personal relationships were really starting to suffer. Free porn is everywhere and is so easy to access. It is a very easy addiction to feed, especially if you don’t have to pay any money. In the beginning, I started watching I liked how it made me feel. But, then I found myself thinking about it non stop. Wanting to watch at work, when I was on a date, and just in day to day life. I’ve started going to a support group and I hope to get this under control.
